“Incredible New Roulette System”

Allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Carrie. I am a 37-year-old female from NW Indiana. I’ve been playing roulette on and off for the past 10 years. What I’m about to share with you are details about my own personal roulette system – the result of my 10-year quest to beat roulette.

Probably much like yourself, I bought system after system, spending hundreds of dollars, just to be disappointed in ALL cases. They were either too difficult, required too much bankroll or simply flat out didn’t work (at least not enough to produce a profit over losses). So, I decided I had to rely on myself if I were going to find an answer. I have to be honest with you…I didn’t come up with this all by myself. That would’ve been impossible. You may or may not believe me but I prayed, got a revelation and this “system” was the result.

Now there are those that argue roulette is random and can’t be beaten. Whether you believe the numbers are random or not, whether you believe past spins effect future spins, or not, think about this: The numbers MUST repeat because there are only 37-38 possible choices, depending on the wheel. The numbers on the roulette wheel are not infinite. It’s not like the number 99 can come up. We make it seem far more complicated than it really is! 

What I’ve discovered is that certain combinations of numbers
repeat in cycles of 17-21 spins. 

If you’ve been playing roulette for any good length of time, you will often notice the same numbers will repeat within a series of spins. That’s because these numbers tend to trend together for a period of time. Sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. These numbers will run for an indeterminate period of time, stop and not come up for another indefinite length of time. This is what creates the phenomenon of “hot” and “cold” numbers. This system wins long-term because it exploits these short-term patterns. This information was 10 years in the making and you will find it nowhere else!!!

The hard part was figuring out what numbers tended to pair together. This required looking over thousands of spins. Why do certain numbers cluster together? I can’t say for certain. I just know that they do. I’ve tried playing with just ANY 4-6 number combinations and didn’t get the same results. I believe it has something to do with where the numbers are in relation to each other on the wheel versus the table layout. 

I thought long and hard about sharing this information or “system.” On one hand, I’m concerned because I have no control over how people will distribute my information and it getting into undesireable hands. On the other hand, I want people to know roulette can be beat, and YES, I want the recognition!

In the beginning, I very much wanted to charge $1000 for this information in order to keep copies of it floating around to a minimum, but then people who really need and want it won’t be able to afford it or will be too skeptical to buy it. So in order to address my issues and concerns, I’ve decided to have users agree to a legal confidentiality agreement that they will not share this information with anyone. 

I’ll try to give you as much information about the roulette system as I can without giving it away

The basis of the system is that certain numbers have other numbers they appear with – creating “cycles” for lack of a better word. These numbers form sets consisting of 4 to 6-number combinations. These number sets appear within 17-21 spins of each other but to greatly reduce bankroll, you can skip the first 4 bets. That’s why I call it the 17-21 Bet.

• There are 7 system bets with the 17-21 Bet being the main bet of the system. The 17-21 Bet plays 4-6 numbers, split or straight up, keeping the bankroll within reason. There are 6 other “special bets.”
• The system includes 2 charts – one containing all the number sets for EVERY number on the European wheel and one containing all the number sets for EVERY number on the American wheel as well as examples, bet selection, progressions and how to capitalize on the cycles before they end.
• The Special Bets are the Zero Bet, Single Streets, Lines, Red/Black, High Roller Lines and Corners. I could charge separately for each of these alone! The Zero Bet covers the numbers 0-00-1-2-3 on the American wheel. This bet actually makes the basket bet profitable!   High Roller Lines covers 2 special lines. Single Streets, Corners, Lines and Red/Black are as their names suggest.
• Bankroll using $1 units ranges from $45 to $248 depending on the type of bet (split, straight up, street, lines, corners or even money), excluding the high roller bet. Bankroll adjustment is required if playing on tables with a $5 minimum. Knowing what I know now, I can tell you that you’re not going to beat roulette playing flat bets with a bankroll of $100. I’ve tried!
• Win rate of 17-21 Bet is 98%. Streets is 96%, Red/Black is 99%, Zero Bet 98%, High Roller Lines 97%, Corners and Lines 98%. The 17-21 Bet and Zero Bet plays the zeros, so there is no house edge!
• This system works at most online casinos using downloadable software (Real Time Gaming, Playtech) and casinos with live dealers. Do NOT play in Flash casinos! Online you can play straight up, splits, even money bets, streets, lines, corners and the Zero Bet. (Note: To play online you need to know the tactics the RNG software uses to keep you from winning. I’ll show you the best way to play online.)
• Live you can play splits, straight up, streets, corners, lines, even money bets, the Zero Bet and High Roller Lines. Works on both American and European wheels. It has nothing to do with dealer signature or wheel bias.
• You will NOT have to wait a long time for patterns to appear. They appear often and frequently, often overlapping. Once you learn the bets, you’ll be able to walk up to the table and play whatever you see, playing professionally should you choose to. Master the roulette table.
• The only bets this system does NOT play are the dozens and columns. This is because the columns/dozens do the strangest things and can skip a single dozen into the double-digits, even live.
• The system consists of a 30-page document delivered in PDF format.

For example, one combination of 17-21 Bet mates is 4/7/9/10. The bet works like this: Whenever you see any 2 numbers from this set of 4 numbers appear together within 10 spins, play all 4 numbers for 17-21 bets. 

Let’s say the following numbers are on the marquee (real sample taken from the European wheel):

The showing of the 9 and 7 indicate a bet. It wins three spins later with the #10. For the sake of explanation, none of the rules are included here, as to when to bet, when to stop, when to enter and when not to enter. There are 4 simple, but critical, rules you must follow to increase win rate. The system contains all number combinations/sets for each number.

Take A Look At Some Real Roulette Spins

For example, take a look at a week’s worth of real roulette spins for the 4/7/9/10 combination-set on the European Wheel:

The website is in German but do not translate it as it breaks the form. To view spins, click Kalendar, then choose March (Maerz) and then select the date. Then click the reddish button that says “Anzeigen.”

March 1: There are 8 columns in this sample. Notice at the bottom of the 3rd column, the numbers 10, 7 and 4 group together. After seeing the 10 and 7 together within 10 spins, you would’ve played for 21 bets. In this case, the 4 came on the 2nd bet.

March 2: At the bottom of the 4th column, the 4 and 7 appear together within 10 spins. This set wins on the 9th bet with the #7.

March 3: At the end of the 3rd column, the 7 and 4 appear together within 10 spins. The set wins on the 3rd bet with the #7.

March 4: At the top of the 2nd column, the 7 and 9 appear together within 10 spins. The set wins on the 12th bet with the #4.

March 5: The first playable indicator for this bet is at the top of the 4th column. The 10 and 9 appear within 10 spins of each other. The set wins two spins later on the #9.

March 6: In the first column, the 4 and 9 appear together and the set wins on the #7 seven spins later.

March 7: In the first column, the 9 and 7 mid-column indicate a bet. The set wins nine spins later on the #10.

Sometimes these sets can, and will, go up to the 21st bet. Originally, I was going to encrypt the document file and charge $97 for the system, but then I realized that wasn’t in line with my original reason for starting this roulette system quest in the first place: to get back at the casinos. It’s okay for a casino to take everyone’s money but as soon as someone starts winning large amounts, they can get banned. That should be illegal…but it’s not. So I felt like I wanted the casinos money for a change. I’m only one person and cannot play at tons of casinos but this CAN be done through a group of players. In addition, there are many who are not willing to spend this amount on a roulette system they haven’t tested.
