RushCard – https://www.rushcard.com – RushCard Prepaid Visa has no credit check and no minimum balance required. Choose from their 2 plans: Pay As You Go or the Unlimited Plan (which carries a monthly fee). There is a $2.00 International Transaction Fee plus up to 3% currency conversion fee.
